AR5000 - Spectral Responsivity

Measurement of the spectral responsivity of the AR5000 was done with white noise fed to the antenna socket. The monitoring mode of the AR5000RA-program has been used to record the spectral response between 1 to 30 MHz. The automatic switching between antenna filters and/or rf-amplifiers can easily be observed at 2, 4, 10 and 20 MHz. Because the deviation of the spectral responsivity does not exceed +- 1.5 dB a correction is not provided by the program AR5000RA. If necessary, this can be obtained later in a spreadsheet program.
